New Customers

New customers will receive a detailed onboarding questionnaire to help us seamlessly integrate with your existing network or replace your current gateway. Once we’ve received the completed questionnaire and a signed order, one of our senior engineers will contact your designated technical resource to coordinate the implementation. This ensures the deployment is tailored to your business requirements and scheduled for minimal disruption.

Our Migration Process

Our Implementation plan will then be shared and approved, this is where we provide true quality, all our plans include the following steps:

Step 1: Migration Overview
A clear and detailed description of the planned migration process is provided.

Step 2: Pre-Cutover Testing & Backup Preparation
All necessary tests are conducted, and any required backups are completed to ensure business continuity during the migration.

Step 3: Step-by-Step Execution
Each stage of the migration is carefully documented and carried out in a structured, step-by-step manner.

Step 4: Post-Installation Verification
Once installation is complete, we test line stability and speeds. You, the client, will also be asked to verify connectivity to ensure everything is 100% operational and satisfactory.

Step 5: Contingency Plan
In the unlikely event of any migration issues, a predefined backup plan will be executed to restore service with minimal impact.
